The Sanskrit word Rasa means “taste”,” flavour” or “juice”. In this offering of Shanta Vira Yoga you can expect to be infused with all the elements of Shanta Vira Yoga to have a taste of it as a sadhana.
Sadhana here means a variety of practices that bring you into an intimate relationship with yourself and the world you inhabit.
Of course that means we will move our Physical, Energetic, and Mental bodies through practices; that will include Tantric Hatha Yoga, Creativity, and Community To begin we will be introduced to the elements of the practices. Then once the preliminaries have been adequately explored we will interweave them into a dynamic krama allowing you to reconnect with all your bodies in a sublime way.
Of course this means that each of you will meet your edges ,will be challenged and embraced by what awaits. We have enough time for a deepening while staying connected to the present and the presence of each other. I hope to see as many of you as we can accommodate. With the current restrictions of spacing, it is very important to book your space as soon as possible. I look forward to see you all in person once again.
